First of all my background, I was in the construction field, building new homes, for 17 years. Iinally gave that up to lead a more sedate life.

Granted, by sedate I mean, now I stay busy doing remodeling jobs. In fact, my “Honey Do” list seems to be growing not shrinking!
The question I seemed to get asked a lot..is why I chose one of the best tools in my arsenal, the Hitachi C10FSH. And my reply to that question is always the same….because it never disappoints.

I learned many years ago to watch what the contractors were buying. And yes, Dewalt, Bosch,  Milwaukee were all present in the mix.

But what I did notice is that many of the finish carpenters, those who put the final touches on the interior, many of these guys were carrying in  Hitachis.

I figured if this is what they depend on to make money, there has to be a reason for it.

And I learned that reason rather quickly.

So when I bought the Hitachi C10FSH I did have a bit of…buyers remorse……until I went to use it for the first time!

In a nutshell..this tool kicks a**!!

My first job was to finally replace a set of french doors in the family room and my wife wanted new fancy molding.

Under normal circumstances, I could have avoided this with the excuse of…Honey..you know I can’t do molding.

Well..not anymore!!

Needless to say, the Hitachi C10FSh made short work of the job and I didn’t waste a single piece of molding!

Oh, The Hitachi C10FSH has a laser marking system by the way…so don’t worry, your cuts will be dead on the money every single time.

Look,  here is my opinion, this saw isn’t for everybody. But if you want a piece of equipment that can handle anything you can throw at it, and do it with ease, well..do you yourself a favor, take a look at the Hitachi C10FSH with laser.

But don’t blame me if you find yourself  with a teeny weeny longer ‘Honey do” list. Ok?
